The healing benefits of Saratoga mineral baths were well known to the Native Americans who were the original inhabitants of the region. They believed that the water had healthful and medicinal properties, and highly revered it.
Once discovered by settlers to the area, bathing in the waters of The Spa City became extremely popular.
More recently, travelers and residents alike can provide many testimonials as to the therapeutic properties of the water.
The Crystal Spa is Saratoga’s only privately owned spa with its own mineral spring.
Heated to the desired temperature, you feel a sensation of warmth and relaxation that soothes you, and experience a feeling of well-being that remains long after you’ve come out of the bath.
Private Mineral Bath – $25
A private bath filled with our own exclusive Rosemary Spring water. The water from this natural mineral spring has helped many by increasing circulation, relaxing muscles, softening skin and giving an overall revitalizing sensation to the mind and the body.
Signature Luxury Bath - $32
A private bath infused with our own, unique herbal sachet. The ingredients, which are blended in-house, contain a blend of Himalayan sea salts, soy powder, lavender, rosemary, eucalyptus, rose, chamomile, and lemongrass.

In order to protect our natural resources, it is sometimes necessary for us to limit the number of mineral baths that are drawn. Reservations are recommended.
Aromatherapy Sauna – $15
A dry heat sauna room with essential aromatherapy oils permeating the atmosphere. Great for increasing circulation and detoxifying the system. The perfect prelude to a mineral bath.
Please let your therapist/esthetician know of any allergies, medical conditions and physical conditions you may have to make this visit a comfortable one. Please have your gift certificate number or your credit card available to guarantee your reservation. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so we may ensure you an optimal and relaxing experience.
Cancellation Policy – 24 Hours – 50% of Service Charge
Please be advised that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. All appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the services scheduled.
